"Design with empathy."

Output

Design With Empathy is a sticker set created as a tool for critique. Instead of focusing on surface-level opinions, it shifts feedback toward how a user actually experiences the work.

Process

I started by noticing how vague critique can be—people know something’s wrong, but don’t always know how to say it. So I turned common reactions into simple, repeatable prompts. Things like “hard to scan,” “where do I look first?” and “clear.” Those prompts became a system of stickers that can be placed directly onto work. Arrows guide attention, labels call things out, and suddenly feedback isn’t abstract anymore—it’s visible and specific.
